Refund policy

At Game Mode On, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process subject to the terms below.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations or changes may not be possible as the order may already be processed for dispatch.
  • For any urgent changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Accessories, complimentary items, and promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Processing Charges

  • A handling and processing fee of ₹150 will be applicable on all returns and exchanges.

Sale & Discounted Products

  • Products purchased during sales, clearance events, or special promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us immediately after delivery.
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package, as it may be required for verification and claim approval.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued as store credit.
  • Store credits will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are usually completed within 10–12 business days from the pickup date.
  • Each product is eligible for one exchange only.
